(Donald) Udstuen is this inexplicable character. He had this sweetest gig in all of Illinois politics. King of the Illinois Medical Society. Huge salary. Big bonus. Could do anything he wanted to and managed to make it into a criminal enterprise.
No one who knows Don Udstuen will ever know what was going through his mind.
