Don Udstuen's First Day of Testimony in George Ryan's Corruption Trial
Associated Press' Mike Robinson has written about the first day of Don Udstuen's testimony.
Yesterday there was considerable discussion as to whether the U.S. Attorney would be able to ask Udstuen what he meant by "taken care of" in Larry Warner's statement that he would "take care of George."
Needless to say, Ryan's attorney did not want this political insider's interpretation heard by the jury.
