Where You Can Find the Crystal Lake TIF Articles
I have written a number of articles about the Crystal Lake Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts, one of which the Crystal Lake City Council passed without dissent on Nov. 15th and the other of which is scheduled for a vote on Dec. 6th.
If you click here, you will see a list of most of them.
Otherwise, to find the TIF articles, you could go to the bottom of the articles for the earliest one and work your way up to the most recent one posted.

Cal-- I respect you for your knowledge of issues, but this stuff is boring. I hear Kathy Salvi is winning McHenry County big-time. Is this true?
Cal,
Since I live in un-incorporated CL, how can I get more information on who to contact about this.
It appears that this will raise my taxes without even giving me a say...correct?

I apologize for the hasty post. I just finished browsing all the posts and have found the information. What a long read though.
I plan on checking the blog regularly. I checked out the site because of the phone call we received on Tuesday. Thanks for continuing to be involved!
Since I'm providing for a family of 9, any increase, or decrease in my paycheck has a big impact :)
